Grand Canyon Trust Colorado Plateau Scholars Program
The Grand Canyon Trust is pleased to announce the continuation of the Colorado Plateau Scholars Program for 2007. The program is open to graduating seniors attending the following public high schools. Utah: Kanab HS in Kanab; Grand HS in Moab. Arizona: Fredonia HS in Fredonia; Tuba City HS in Tuba City; Greyhills Academy HS in Tuba City, and Hopi HS in Keams Canyon.
The Trust will be awarding six (6) unrestricted, one-time scholarships for $1000 each to deserving students.
Scholarship applicants must be graduating in 2007; have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale); and be able to produce proof of acceptance at an accredited two or four-year college or university. The scholarships are awarded on a one-time basis and are not renewable.
The deadline for submitting applications is April 13. Winners will be announced in May.
