Important Land Use Issues to be Settled on Arizona Ballot

Please Vote YES on Proposition 106 and NO on Proposition 207

The upcoming November general election may prove to be one of the most important in our history regarding growth and land use. Please get informed and vote YES on Proposition 106 and NO on Proposition 207.

Proposition 106 -- Conserving Arizona's Future -- Placed on the ballot by citizens initiative, it will let voters decide whether to reform the state trust land system and protect 690,000 acres of state trust land from development, provide government the necessary tools to manage growth, and protect and guarantee public school funding.  VOTE YES

More information on Proposition 106 is available at www.conservingarizonasfuture.com

Proposition 207 -- The Taxpayer Nightmare Initiative -- Placed on the ballot in part by out-of-town land speculators and deceptively called "Private Property Rights Protection Act," it will take away our ability to protect property values, neighborhoods and communities. VOTE NO

More information on Proposition 207 will soon be available at www.VoteNoProp207.org
