Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument Scoping Comments

In 2018, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) accepted public comments as part of the scoping process to create resource management plans for the reduced Grand Staircase, Kaiparowits, and Escalante Canyons units, and for federal lands previously included in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument that are excluded from the boundaries by Trump’s proclamation.
