Revised Application for Preliminary Permit for Little Colorado River Dams

On July 31, 2019, Pumped Hydro Storage LLC submitted a revised application for a preliminary permit for the “Navajo Nation Little Colorado River Pumped Storage Project” (FERC Project No. 14994-000) to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, according to a notice published in the Federal Register. The original application for this project was submitted on May 10, 2019.
