Skyline Coal Mine Lawsuit Brief

A lawsuit filed in 2015 by WildEarth Guardians and the Grand Canyon Trust argued that the federal government violated the National Environmental Policy Act when it issued a coal lease that year at the Skyline Mine in the Manti-La Sal National Forest in central Utah.
