Sarah Krakoff is the Raphael J. Moses professor of law and a former director of the American Indian Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School. She teaches and writes about American Indian law and natural resources law. Her publications include “American Indian Law: Cases and Commentary,” “Tribes, Land and Environment,” and numerous articles on American Indian tribal sovereignty, environmental ethics, public lands, and climate change.
