We are committed to restoring, protecting, and maintaining a healthy riparian ecosystem in our Colorado River watershed.

The Grand Canyon Trust has been an integral partner with the South East Utah Tamarisk Partnership (SEUTP). In the next 5 years, our objectives are to...

  • Reduce non-native plants by 20 percent in key priority areas
  • Initiate revegetation of natives in select sites
  • Monitor at least two or more of these sites to understand which removal methods best promote native plant communities.
